Salon Policies

BOOKING POLICY:

  • A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposit information will be sent via email and text from our Fresha system prior to your appointment date.
  • As the booking is not confirmed without a deposit, failure to pay deposit more than 48 hours ahead of appointment may lead to your appointment being reallocated.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will lead to the forfeiture of the deposit or a 50% cancellation fee. “No Show” will incur a loss of deposit or 50% fee and will not be rebooked.
  • Specific time allocated for your appointment will need to be adhered to. Any late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may lead to a cancellation fee charged and appointment being rescheduled, as it will mean your service will run into the next guest’s allocated time.
  • New Client bookings online will require a credit card to secure the booking.
  • Details on how to prepare for your dry curl cut will be emailed one week prior to your appointment. Please ensure these details are followed, to ensure we are able to complete the service on the day of your appointment and that you get the absolute best out of your curl cut. If hair is not prepped according to instructions, this may lead to an additional charge of $80 or your appointment needing to be rescheduled.
