- A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposit information will be sent via email one week prior to your appointment date.
- As the booking in not confirmed without a deposit, failure to pay deposit more than 48 hours ahead of appointment time will lead to your appointment being reallocated.
- Specific time allocated for your appointment will need to be adhered to. Any late arrivals of 15mins or more may lead to a cancellation fee charged and appointment being rescheduled, as it will mean your service will run into the next guest’s allocated time.
- New Client bookings online will require a credit card to secure the booking. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% fee, “No Show” will incur a 50% fee.
- Details on how to prepare for your dry curl cut will be emailed one week prior to your appointment. Please ensure these details are followed to ensure we are able to complete the service on the day of your appointment and that you get the absolute best out of your curl cut.

We are currently at capacity and only able to take on a handful of new clients per month for cut and complex colour appointments. The best way to stay updated on cancellations and when bookings are released, is to sign up to our mailing list below.
